Kali earned her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services in 2006 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She also received a Master’s of Health Sciences Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2007 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Kali is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor (LRC) with the state of Louisiana, and is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

She has been employed with Bailey-McCaffery, LLC since January 2022 as a vocational rehabilitation counselor. She previously worked in the state government sector for 15 years as a vocational rehabilitation counselor.

Kali provides vocational rehabilitation services to persons who have been injured in the workplace. Kali is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP).
